Visual email management
Organization is key to being more productive and feeling less stressed throughout the workday. And most professionals receive an obscene number of emails each day. It can soon get out of control, especially over weekends, vacations, or holidays. You may find yourself spending half the morning trying to organize and filter all your incoming emails, attempting to pinpoint which emails are the most important. But now there’s a new way to organize your email, by aesthetically-pleasing and useful icons.
PhilterIt is an email management program that can be used with your Gmail account or directly on your iPhone. When you receive an email, PhilterIt groups it together with other emails from the same sender and puts it with the coordinating icon. If you receive a Facebook notification, for instance, you’ll see the Facebook logo with a number of how many unread emails you have from that sender.
You can also set up pictures for those who email you frequently, like clients, friends, coworkers, or family members. PhilterIt allows you to set icons for emails that should be treated as priority. This allows you to easily find and view an important email without having to sort through hundreds of unread mail.
Visualizing to speed up your day
If you consider yourself a visual person, then visualizing your email with PhilterIt may be right up your alley. It organizes your emails for you on the PhilterIt’s clean, streamlined, and user-friendly interface. Also, if you’re worried about security and privacy, PhilterIt has that covered, too. All your information is protected with the highest-grade encryption.
Imagine what a difference it could make to see an organized inbox each day instead of looking at an overwhelming mass of emails. With this program, you’ll know which emails need to be read first and then you can go about your day. PhilterIt provides you with a visual representation of your inbox and ultimately takes the tedium out of email management.
